Phoenix and aysha workshop is coming again to Epic Training Center!
On this intensive we will do all my favourite most effective conditioning drills for phoenix and aysha. I will break down the technique and give you progressions to work on. I’ll also teach the spotting technique for this trick.
All of the exercises are also good for deadlifts and iron-X

Pole Tricks Intensive

Pole Tricks Intensive is a 4x course that focuses on power spins, easy flips, dynamic tricks & transitions.
One class is 75minutes, in total 5 hours of redefining, perfecting and nailing new moves. This course is designed for intermediate/openlevel students.
Every move has options and progressions. I will brakedown the tricks so that they are safe to practise. Our focus is on the technique and conditioning.

Heels Intensive
Impi Aerial Dance Studio

Pole Heels intensive is a four time course in Impi Studio.
On this course we will do low pole sequences, static rotations and spinpole flows.
